There are 2,379 hotels totalling 557,133 rooms Under Contract in the Asia Pacific region, according to the July 2015 STR Global Construction Pipeline Report. This represents a 6.3% increase in rooms Under Contract compared with July 2014, and a 0.8% year-over-year decrease in rooms under construction.
